BANK CLIENT PROFILES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

One of the largest banks in Eastern Europe requested the delivery of a client profiles database that would enable to trace the location of in-print documents at any time, provide immediate access to electronic images of documents, lower the risk of file loss and execution time of customer support tasks, and reduce the number of personnel involved in these processes.
The solution automates bank’s business processes related to registration, placement, admission and transfer of client profiles, bank-wide search for their in-print versions, and the creation of their electronic images.
